  5. On looking at the circuit diagram around the CPU I noticed a link marked W1.
  6. I wondered if this link did anything, so I took the rig apart as instructed
  7. in the manual for fitting the TSU6 board, as I have already done.

  9. Looking at the circuit board on the keyboard section lid, I saw W1, an
  10. insulated wire link near the CPU and the diodes D3, D4 (D2 is missing from my
  11. circuit).

  13. I removed the wire link and switched the set on.
  14.  
  15. It now has extended Rx coverage:
  16. 136-169 MHz
  17. 390-471 MHz
